As a Minority-Owned Company, we have been in the computer industry since early 2000.  I have 15+ years of practical hands-on experience, college education, as well as many certifications obtained over the years.  Within the past decade and a half, I have obtained a great deal of experience in many areas, some of which include server, break n fix, networking, and remote support.  During my many years as a professional contractor, I have had the opportunity to support nonprofit organizations, the educational system, small business owners, as well as the legal system, and many more individuals and companies.  I believe I know what customers are looking for and how to provide them with quality service.  From my years working in the Industry, I have witnessed and learned many things from good companies.  I have also seen many ways to improve in areas that I am certain small businesses are looking for. I always keep up to date with the latest technology and I believe that sets me apart from many others.  My spare time is spent finding new ways to make customers happy and to stay well versed in new technologies.  We are a family owned and operated business. My children as well as my team have many years of practical hands experience and certifications, and they love to troubleshoot trouble.
